In the 3 years I have been going there I have never had that problem. I did have a problem with a weird clattering noise that re-occurred when I drove the car home but they fixed the  problem that afternoon.

I needed a small mechanical repair done, something a bit different to what Chris and his team would normally carry out, but it was no trouble for them, the repair was carried out quickly and for a very reasonable price. I can't fault the customer service.
